**Job Summary**
The Manager, Benefits is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for creating and delivering clear, engaging communications about health, welfare, and retirement programs. This role leads major campaigns such as Open Enrollment and ensures timely, consistent delivery across channels. It simplifies complex benefits information to drive employee understanding and engagement. The position collaborates with HR, Legal, internal and external partners to ensure alignment and compliance. Additionally, it maintains accuracy, consistency, and brand standards across all communications.
**Job Responsibility**
+ Provides more complex analytical support within the specialized area of benefits to include cost modeling, benefits/communication trend analysis, benefits utilization, consumer understanding/appreciation of benefits, disability programs, etc.
