Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
- Lead outlet to achieve sales target
- Provide professional consultation/treatment and advise customers on suitable beauty products and treatment packages
- Handle customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
- Handle customer enquiries
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
Requirements - Sales experience is a must
- Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry for example: Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager
- Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are also encouraged to apply
Business Hours - 12pm - 9pm (Monday - Friday)
- 10am - 7pm (Sat, Sun, PH)
