Position Overview
Your responsibilities will be to:
Business Growth and P&L Management: Create, develop, and drive business growth and P&L for the Motor Drive business segment. The segment products include Electrical Water Pump, Seat motor，EPS motor，EPB motor Powertrain and Thermal Management System.Business Leadership and Relationship: Consolidate requirements to develop product roadmap and pipeline of new business in consultation with engineering teams. Collaborate with project teams to realize the roadmap and execute plan on awarded program. Set up customer network and build up strong ties with them. Review with customers regularly to ensure deliverables are on time.Customer Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyze our existing and new customer bases to conclude business cases, understand purchase criteria, customer pain points, value creation, and identify customer expectations and decision-making factors.
