Provide input to define and manage the overall training strategy and approach for Agency training and development programs, with the aim of achieving high sales performance through Agency channels.

Have overall responsibility for the Agency Training and Development team.
Define the overall training plan and activities for the Agency Training and Development team.
Collaborate with relevant parties (e.g., Agency, Direct Marketing, bank partners) to conduct sales training needs analysis, design new sales training courses, and review existing training programs to improve their quality and effectiveness.
