Independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
Involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including design of new processes or systems and/or improvement of existing processes or systems.
Oversee/mentor junior members of the team.
Work scope includes:
Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned.
Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
Providing advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Managing clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
