You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of companies in diverse industry sectors such as electronics, food, info-comm media, precision engineering and offshore & marine.

You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, buildings and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies.
