Manager, Architectural Project Design

Why do we need you? What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (8–9 direct reports).

Assign and schedule projects, manage team workload, and conduct performance reviews.

Oversee the creation and validation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.

Collaborate with internal and external clients to address design and technical inquiries.

Develop and implement CAD procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

Support cross‑training and process improvement initiatives to maximize team flexibility.

Manage external freelancers and oversee invoicing and billing.

Provide regular project status reviews to Project Managers and Senior Management.

Travel quarterly to Strongsville and other North American locations (5–10%).
