Responsible for all Paint hangar activities, narrow body and wide body paint inputs, livery changes and other assigned duties to ensure a high end quality product.

• Is responsible for the completion of full aircraft paint inputs with relation to Quality Safety and Airworthiness directives.
• To manage all paint hangar staff activities to ensure the highest standard of work and EYE high expectations are met.
• Develop, write and implement Paint shop procedures.
• Responsible for Health Safety Environment (HSE) procedures and practices.
• Continuous Cost control improvements, product and man power/ resource planning.
• Ensures full utilization of paint hangars available labour and resources to achieve planned operational targets.
