Job Summary
The Manager will drive engagement, rapport building and maintain relationship with agents and Branch Managers (“BM“) , Marketing Managers (“MMs“) and Business Development Managers (“BDMs“) of natiowide branches. Collaborate with branches and marketing teams to support campaigns, manage performance, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong business strategy skills, identify business opportunities and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
