Position Overview

QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceRecognized accounting designation (CA, CGA or CMA) plus seven years senior financial administration experience with a minimum of five years related management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills And AbilitiesFinancial management experience in a health care environment is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership ability and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to client focused services and teamwork.
Ability to integrate administrative, professional and operational aspects of the department throughout the Vancouver Island Health Authority in an effective and efficient manner.
