1. Responsible for managing client engagements for accounting and tax compliance 2. Manage a team of 10 members with 3 - 4 direct reporting employees handling various client engagements 3. Ensure proper record keeping, maintenance of books of accounts and tax compliance of client organizations 4. Preparation/verification of periodical customized MIS and financials reports, participation in client review meetings to present/discuss on client financial performance, etc. 5.
