**JOB SUMMARY:**

The Manager, Accounting leads a team of accounting professionals and is responsible for managing daily operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for the business unit. This role oversees core accounting processes, manages the month‑end close activities, and upholds strong internal controls across assigned areas. The Manager, Accounting provides technical accounting guidance, reviews and approves team work, and ensures consistent application of company policies and accounting standards.

In addition to managing workflow, this role focuses on developing team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance feedback. The Manager, Accounting partners with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues, support audits, and drive operational efficiencies.
