We are looking for a restaurant manager.

Responsibilities

• Shift model: week‑end work – regular shifts on Saturday and Sunday; weekdays off.
• Split shift (Teildienst): a day divided into a long unpaid break in the afternoon (e.g., 10:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:00).

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hospitality sector (e.g., EFZ/EBA as cook or restaurant specialist).
• Several years of relevant work experience (to justify the above‑average salary).
• Good language skills: English, Japanese, German or the local official language for staff and guests.

Compensation

• Monthly: CHF 5'600 gross.
• 13th month salary: additional monthly salary (usually in December).
• Annual: CHF 72'800 gross total.
