Create and develop customised soft skills training programmes including Communication Skills, Customer Care, Supervisory Training and Team Building Skills. Communicate with Senior Management and Business Unit Heads to prepare and test training programmes prior to delivery. Oversees employee interviews and surveys, focus groups and consultations to establish additional training needs. Consistent monitoring of feedback on effectiveness of changes and provide ongoing support to employees and management. Develop creative, innovative and alternative training methods to enhance employee performance. Utilise various techniques for delivery of training materials including team exercises, role playing, videos, lectures and group discussions.
