An established logistics/freight forwarding company specialised in air and sea freights, located in Subang Jaya is looking for a driven and adaptable Management Trainee to join their freight forwarding and logistics team, with a strong focus on business development, sales, and marketing. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across operations, customer relations, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and support the full freight forwarding cycle (air, sea, and land logistics).
Assist in developing new business leads and identifying market opportunities.
Support sales teams in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to build strong business relationships.
