Position Overview
Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment. Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient. Handle guest feedback Ensure guests' needs and expectations are met by providing an e!cient and professional services. Attend to guests' needs and complaints promptly and politely. Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP are applied on daily basis Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his/her direct supervision. Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates. Ensure restaurant is adequately sta'ed during shift and to notifty Manager of any shortage. Effectively plan weekly roster according to Outlet Reservations Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
