Collections Officer (Late Arrears)

• Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) – ASAP start

• Pay: $80,000 - $88,000 + Super (based on experience)

• Location: Macquarie Park, NSW

• Work Model: Hybrid (1 month full-time onsite for training, then moving to a flexible hybrid schedule)

We are looking for an experienced Collections Officer to manage a portfolio of accounts in late-stage arrears (31+ days). Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will handle outbound dialer queues and inbound calls to negotiate payment plans, reduce delinquency, and help minimize financial losses.
