Position Overview
Job Duties You will be posted to the HR & Shared Services team to support frontline HR administration. Working with the Divisionβs managers and staff, your main duties will include:-
- Manage staff matters for frontline junior officers, including on-boarding, transfers, re-employment, benefits,discipline, appraisals and leaving of service
- Manage renewal of contract and home leave planning for Non-traditional source (NTS) staff
- Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets
- Supervise and motivate staff registry clerks to meet work targets
- Execute and manage project deliverables on time
- Review & explore technologies to simplify staff administration processes and improve efficiency
Requirements - Possess a degree in any discipline
