The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the 70 ISR Wing's Director of the Plans and Programs Directorate; leads a 22-person organization responsible for governing the Wing's Reserve Management, Manpower/Organization and Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Future Years Financial Planning/Analysis, Capability Assessments, Readiness, and Resource Programming functions. Responsibilities As Director, ensures the 70 ISR Wing is poised to support the planning and programming of the Future Years Defense Program resources, manpower, and doctrine.
