Summary Position is located in the Office of Acquisition & Logistics (OAL) within the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of and effectiveness of operating acquisition and logistics programs. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert providing requirements analysis and acquisition advice to the functional area technical experts requirements and contractual matters based on a working knowledge of acquisition regulations and policy.
