Position Overview
Summary The Management Analyst in the Support Services Division (SSD) provides program, administrative, technical, analytical, and management support to the Chief, Assistant Chief, and other staff. The analyst ensures the division operates efficiently and effectively by coordinating and monitoring program and administrative activities, and by ensuring that tasks, deliverables, and responses to internal and external inquiries are completed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Assist and advise management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the division's programs and functions. Develops, analyzes, evaluates, and improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, management controls, information, and documentation systems.
