Summary This Management Analyst functions as the Program Specialist (Medical Administration Process Improvement) for the Business Office (BO) within Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, reporting directly to the Chief of the BO. This position is primarily responsible for the implementation of streamlined processes & procedures that will systematically improve processes both within the Business Office and associated processes throughout the VAMC, including Community Clinics.
