Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Review and validate regional month-end management reporting packs and financial disclosures before HQ submission.
- Analyze financial performance, cost trends, and balance sheet movements to identify abnormalities and risk exposure.
- Liaise with country finance teams to clarify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of reporting issues.
- Ensure compliance with HQ Finance Manual, group financial policies, and internal control procedures.
- Monitor key financial controls including fixed assets, bank reconciliations, bad debt provisions, and balance sheet schedules.
- Support continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct follow-up discussions, training sessions, and issue tracking to prevent recurrence of finance and reporting issues.
