We are working with a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support operational decision-making through accurate reporting and strong financial controls.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment and taking ownership of core accounting processes while supporting continuous improvement across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting packs
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
Maintain robust financial controls and oversee day-to-day ledger activities
Review bank reconciliations, payment runs, VAT returns, and statutory submissions
