Responsibilities:
Assist in producing accounts with analysis against various scenarios, including P&L, B/S, cashflow and working capitalProduce and post journals including accruals and prepaymentsMonthly balance sheet reconciliations and posting of corrections where necessaryLiaise with budget owners to understand and challenge variances to plan accordinglyResponsible for statutory returns, including VAT and ONS submissionsAssist in the preparation of the statutory accounts, audit deliverables and disclosure notes for the annual auditAd-hoc duties as required The Ideal Candidate:
Formal accountancy qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMAExperience in a previous management accountant roleTake ownership of the role - rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in
