A leading client within the property sector is seeking a driven and analytical Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes
• Compile detailed management reports, including variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Prepare monthly management packs and Board committee reports
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting (essential)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
