As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.
What You'll Do Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests. Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence. Ensure high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
