Description

The Managed Care, Business Solutions Architect designs and delivers business intelligence and analytics solutions that support Managed Care related operational and strategic decision-making across UCLA Health's Faculty Practice Group. This role will be working closely with the Managed Care Department. This role partners with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, applied AI and data solutions using Epic Clarity, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL-based reporting tools. Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, reports, and data extracts using Tableau, Power BI, Epic Clarity, and Caboodle.
+ Leverage Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics workflows
+ Integrate LLM-based capabilities for summarization, classification, and insight generation (e.g., call center analytics, CRM insights)
