Mammography Technologist PRN

Envision Imaging is looking for a PRN Mammography Technologist to join our team! Available locations include East Plano and Wylie centers PRN (As-Needed) | Position Pay Range: $35.48 - $45.74

Summary/Objective:

Performs routine and diagnostic exams relating to breast anatomy to obtain images at a satisfactory level with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions

1. Interfaces with patient to ascertain medical history and provides instructions and explanation of the procedure and/or exam to obtain the best possible image. Also provides patient education on breast self-examination as needed.

2. Reviews patient charts for missed clinical information and/or consent. Screens patients for surgical and other implants, contrast allergies, etc.

3. Obtains prior imaging as needed and performs high quality scans to submit to the Radiologist for interpretation.
