• Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s brand while meeting specific leasing and occupancy targets.
• Lease Management: Oversee the full leasing lifecycle - from negotiation and legal documentation to tenancy renewals and relationship management.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Leasing with market analysis, rental rate strategy, and monitoring competitor retail developments.
• Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental and deposit collections and analyze tenant sales performance to track overall mall health.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Ops, Fit-out) to ensure seamless lease execution and mall standards.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports, manage tenant data, and resolve tenant queries or complaints to improve service standards.
