We are hiring Customer Support associate -Malayalam at FRND, a dynamic social discovery platform connecting people and communities. We are looking for individuals who can bring a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in handling and resolving support tickets. If you have worked with any food delivery app or an e-commerce platform and thrive in fast-paced environments, you will play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences and driving customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-app chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with payments, and app functionality.
Manage and close support tickets accurately using our CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
