Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Make Ready Engineer to join their clients growing team. This individual will spend their day validating field surveys and desk reviews of utility poles and the associated utility and telecom equipment. They will analyze collected data and design make-ready solutions that meet NESC safety standards while supporting fiber optic deployments. The engineer will also review field data for accuracy, identify any gaps or issues, and create detailed make-ready packages and designs for outside plant broadband projects. Throughout the process, they will coordinate internally and manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance to ensure high-quality execution. This role blends both office-based design work and field-based inspection background, requiring strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams.
