**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Build detailed outage schedules (MS Project), define task sequencing, and identify the critical path to minimize downtime.
+ Identify and finalize all maintenance activities plan (kiln, mills, crushers, preheaters, etc.), ensuring a clear, detailed outage scope with task-level breakdown.
+ Determine manpower, contractor requirements, tools, and materials; coordinate with plant teams, procurement, and vendors to ensure availability.
+ Develop outage cost estimates, track planned vs. expected expenditure and identify cost optimization opportunities before execution by leveraging data and plant collaboration.
