The IT Service Management team (ISM) oversees the response to major Amadeus stability incidents, spread across global sites. The team operates 24x7, follows the sun, and works weekends and holidays. It is composed of experienced IT Service Managers who keep Amadeus delivering stable business services to its many customers.
Amadeus provides business‑critical services to various actors in the travel industry. In case of service unavailability, major incidents must be recovered within minutes, allowing business operations to resume as fast as possible. As a Major Incident Manager, you will be accountable for the availability of production services provided to customers, focusing on the most impacting incidents and reducing their business impact through quick recovery, prevention, and continuous improvement.
