Our client, a community organization dedicated to providing quality public housing, is seeking a Maintenance Worker / HVAC to help with grounds keeping, unit turns and maintenance tickets.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Worker

**Location:** Winter Park, FL

**Pay: $21/hour**

**Shift: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm**
**Duration: 6-8 weeks possibly longer for the right person**
