Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation Facility. This is a flexible position meaning it guarantee's 0 hours but could work up to 40 hours and it does not include benefits. Responsibilities 1. Performs a variety of maintenance, custodial and repairs jobs to include, but not limited to, simple carpentry, plumbing, painting, custodial duties, maintenance, repair, and minor construction for the DM ODR. Plumbing responsibilities i.e., unclog drains, toilets, sinks, replace rusted above ground pipes and fixtures. Informs supervisor of major problems. Paints indoor and outdoor surfaces i.e., walls, floors, doors and etc. 2. Performs custodial duties to ensure cleanliness of all restrooms, office, laundry; sweep, mop, wax floor. Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers. Clean and sanitize washers and dryers. Washes windows inside and out, stocks restrooms, ensures storage areas are stocked, clean and organized....
