AFFORDABLE LIVING MAINTENANCE WORKER - 40 HOURS PER WEEK
This is a full time role that pays $19.00 per hour. YOUR availability could fit with this opportunity to be an integral part of our residents' home life. The person we seek will be professional, responsive and reliable, as our residents count on this person!
Are you self-driven? Are you computer literate? Do you have plumbing repair, painting and apartment rehab experience?
T his hands-on position is responsible for all things maintenance, keeping the apartment complex safe and clean (inside and out) for our residents. This role includes a variety of tasks to ensure our 114-unit Affordable Living Community, surrounding grounds and small equipment are accurately maintained. Some duties include responding to work order requests and maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors.
