**Maintenance Technicians**

Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking** to hire Maintenance Technicians for **full time** commercial work in the **Gainesville, Georgia.** The **pay range is $24-$32** per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from **45 to 50** hours a week.

**Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities**

+ Painting, framing, Trim work, Drywall hanging, misc. Carpentry tasks

+ Demolition including removal of walls, floors, cleanup, etc.
+ Light Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing responsibilities
+ General knowledge of construction practices
+ Willingness to work hard
+ Able to take directives from others

+ Able to work within a team environment.

**Ultimate Maintenance Technician Requirements**

+ 1+ years of Maintenance experience
+ 18+ years of age
