Position Overview
Job: 2. Key responsibilities: a. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC, chillers, pumps, fan coils, air handling units, and associated controls. b. Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems: distribution panels, lighting, wiring, circuit breakers and emergency power systems. c. Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns diagnose faults and implement corrective actions. d. Carry out routine mechanical works: pump seals, valves, lubrication, piping checks and minor fabrications. e. Execute safety checks for emergency systems (fire pumps, generators, emergency lighting) and coordinate with contractors for major repairs. f. Keep accurate maintenance records, parts inventory usage, and prepare work reports. g. Follow permit-to-work, lockout/tagout and safe work procedures maintain a clean, tidy work area.
