**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic – Distribution Center (Conveyors)**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Mechanic performs general maintenance and repair on facility equipment and material handling systems within a busy distribution center. This role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance for conveyor systems, forklifts, battery chargers, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all material handling systems in the distribution center, including conveyor systems, forklifts, and battery chargers.
+ Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on general facility equipment such as HVAC systems, cafeteria equipment, and plumbing.
+ Participate in the facility’s preventative maintenance program and act as a first responder for issues involving emergency fire and sprinkler systems.
