Position Overview
- Day-to-day requirements include general maintenance and upkeep of grounds basement stairwells and crawl space areas.
- Possess basic knowledge of hand tools
- Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials and concrete.
- Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots.
- Must have clear knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, repairing/replacing appliance.
