Maintain and co-ordinate stock controls for accommodation furniture & equipment and ensure storage areas are maintained and secured.
Maintain the accommodation staff files master list accommodation inventory utility bills and conduct a monthly inventory.
Co-ordinate with building maintenance management on any maintenance and repairs for the building.
Provide useful information to staff respond to their requests and ensure that hotel management is made aware of all staff interactions.
Assist in creating and maintain a positive environment for the staff at the accommodation.
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
