Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs light construction/repair work throughout the property including light carpentry, plumbing, painting and minor electrical. They will also perform custodial work to ensure units are move-in ready.
* Carpentry: Remodel and repair work
* Minor repairs of drywall including patching, texturing and painting drywall repairs.
* Replace and repair unit plumbing (toilets, faucets, or drains)
* Light electrical repairs to include replacing outlets and switches, bulbs, and light fixtures, etc.
* Maintain the exterior building exterior to include light painting, power washing, sweeping, grounds cleaning, light landscaping, repairing or replacement of fixtures, removal of snow and ice where app
* Replace or light repairs of appliances.
* Custodial work for units to be ready for move-in.
