We are seeking a professional like you, with education and experience in a Mechanical Maintenance discipline for the BASF Southfield, MI office.

**During your X-hour shift as a Maintenance Technician, you will**

+ Work safely knowing when to stop work to develop a safe way to execute repairs, permitting and overseeing contractors.
+ Have thorough understanding and application of handyman activities including but not limited to: basic plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, landscaping, painting, drywall, general construction, weatherproofing and cabinetry. As well as know building systems and standards that when applied would serve to reduce the risk of equipment failure or other future problems.
