The Maintenance Technician performs both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production machinery in a food manufacturing environment. This role combines mechanical and electrical repair work, including troubleshooting equipment up to 480V, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and supporting continuous operation of production lines and packaging equipment. 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm, plus OT

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Respond quickly to reactive maintenance needs by diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
+ Service and repair sauce applicators, topping applicators, packaging machinery, presses, box erectors, compressors, pumps, motors, mixers, and ovens.
