We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Specialist, (Day Position) with hands on approach to a full range of maintenance tasks across Kings Hospital Estates. To work in a shift team in maintaining the equipment, fabric and utility services of the Trusts Properties. Providing a Patient focussed delivery of all tasks ensuring that Kings provides high quality service delivery. 

Liaises With: Team Leader, Maintenance Staff, Heads of Departments, Ward Managers, Patients and Clinical Technicians, Doctors, Nurses
