ABOUT THE ROLE

Maintain and evaluate company equipment, including: Gas and diesel vehicles, tractor trailers, fork lifts, automated/semi-automated saws, carpentry power tools, wall panel/truss fabrication equipment, and other machinery.

Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses, diagnostic tools and fabrication equipment e.g. welder, plasma cutter etc.

Assist in maintaining buildings including: mechanical, HVAC, and basic electrical systems.

Proficient in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC’s, and hydraulic systems operations and controls

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation of forklift, trailers and vehicles (gas and diesel)

Test and maintain all systems, machinery and equipment to ensure that they continually operate and meet the recommended manufacturer intervals
