+ We are hiring immediately for full time **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** positions.
+ **Location** : USF MN Housing - 4202 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, FL 33620. (Openings at other locations within school district available) _Note: online applications accepted_ _only_ _._
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Requires after-hours on-call duties on a rotating basis. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
+ **Requirement** : Prior maintenance experience in a large residential setting.
+ **Fixed Pay Rate:** $21.00 per hour.
