Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of energy storage batteries, inverters, and other related products.
• Record repair activities, maintenance results, and service data accurately.
• Manage the receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and record keeping of spare parts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and stock counting.
• Collaborate with after-sales and technical support teams to report repair issues and conduct basic failure analysis.
• Maintain repair tools, equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Complete other warehouse and after-sales support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
