**Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Team Lead**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving production equipment and system components in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will perform both electrical and mechanical diagnostics, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving root causes of equipment issues. Openings are available for both Maintenance Technicians and a Maintenance Team Lead on 2nd and 3rd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase motors and controls up to 480V, using a multi-meter and other diagnostic tools.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and symbols to diagnose and correct system faults.
+ Assist with PLC troubleshooting to help diagnose control system and equipment performance issues.
